Should I take this year-round or only when sick? +

Year-round maintenance is the intent. These compounds support immune readiness proactively — waiting until you're symptomatic means your immune system is already behind. Consistent daily use maintains the micronutrient and antioxidant baseline your immune system operates from.

What does NAC do in an immune formula? +

NAC is a glutathione precursor. Glutathione is the body's primary antioxidant and is critically depleted during immune activation — your immune cells burn enormous amounts of it fighting pathogens. NAC replenishes this supply, allowing your immune response to sustain itself.

Can I double the dose at the start of illness? +

Does it interact with autoimmune conditions or immunosuppressants? +
